Welcome to DZ Consulting Mongolia! As CEO, I’m incredibly proud of the deep expertise and proven success our team has cultivated over the past decade. We’ve had the privilege of serving as trusted advisors for major infrastructure projects and many of Mongolia’s leading domestic companies, guiding them from the initial stages of project planning and implementation through to achieving their strategic goals with effective stakeholder communication.

A significant milestone in our journey was our collaboration with McKinsey & Company in 2011 on the foundational planning for the ambitious “New Railway” project here in Mongolia. Working alongside McKinsey’s talented consultants, we were instrumental in developing the project’s comprehensive master plan, efficient organizational structure, realistic project timeline, a central War room, and robust control systems. This experience provided invaluable insights into managing large-scale, complex initiatives.

Our expertise extends beyond infrastructure. We also partnered with Seabury Aviation Consulting to lead the structural reorganization of our national carrier, MIAT Mongolian Airlines. This critical project involved crafting a detailed five-year comprehensive management plan, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, and effectively liaising with key government agencies and ministries.

Beyond these landmark national projects, DZ Consulting has a strong track record of success in the private sector across a diverse range of industries in Mongolia. In these roles, I’ve personally led our consulting teams in developing comprehensive strategic plans, implementing successful company reorganizations, and creating practical project management manuals that empower our clients to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.
