Full Time Analyst
Internship

DZ Consulting is looking to hire a Full-Time Analyst to join in the group. The team is extremely lean and, as such, an Analyst will have substantial responsibility in terms of deal execution, portfolio monitoring and the deal sourcing process. The position offers a great opportunity to interface with top tier financial institutions and participates in the investment process in a growing organization.

Qualifications:

  • Recent undergraduate and/ or a professional with 1-2 years of experience in investment banking,
    management consulting or accounting
  • Excellent English / Mongolian skill and strong ability to work on Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Analytical skills as well as oral and written communication skills
  • Significant level of maturity with ability to work independently as well as part of a small team that
    includes interaction with partners, bankers and senior management at portfolio companies
  • Degree in finance, accounting or economics is preferred but not mandatory
  • Financial modeling and valuation experience is plus

DZ Consulting offers a 10-week summer internship opportunity to undergraduate and graduate level students. As the group advocates a lean working culture above all else, an intern has a unique opportunity to work alongside with analyst and management team and is encouraged to take ownership and responsibility of projects.

Throughout the internship period, an intern will have a chance to gain experience on live deals and develop skills in project finance, investment banking as well as fund-management. Those with outstanding performance will be awarded with a full-time employment offer.
