Business Consultant Training
Following the success of the initial session, DZ Consulting once again hosted a five-day in-person training on Business Consulting for the directors of Khan Bank. The program aimed to enhance participants’ strategic, technical, and financial consulting skills. A total of 16 directors took part in this immersive, hands-on experience, which covered key topics such as financial analysis, business planning, and valuation. The training was tailored to strengthen their capacity to provide high-impact consulting services to clients.
Small & Medium Enterprise Training
A specialized three-day training was delivered to owners of small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia. The training focused on improving their understanding of financial statements and strengthening overall financial management. The program brought together 30 participants and provided them with practical tools to enhance their financial decision-making and build more resilient businesses in a competitive market.

DZ Consulting hosted a five-day in-person training on Business Consulting for the directors of Khan Bank. A total of 24 directors took part in this immersive, hands-on experience, which covered key topics such as financial analysis, business planning, and valuation. The training was tailored to strengthen their capacity to provide high-impact consulting services to clients.
Hosted by Khan Bank, in collaboration with two leading industry experts, DZ Consulting organized and led a comprehensive six-day training session on Process Management and Human Resource Management. This event brought together over 150 participants, with the four-day Process Management segment offering in-depth insights for enhanced operational efficiency and organizational success, while the subsequent two-day Human Resource Management session provided valuable strategies and best practices for strengthening HR capabilities and supporting workforce development.
